Step 1: You can enter your car brand & model at the search bar. Then, click on the "Options" button to choose the color of your car lower arm. Next, click on the "Add to Cart " button underneath each item. The item will then be added to your shopping cart at the top right corner of the site. Please be aware that by clicking "Add to Cart" button, you are telling our system that you would like to purchase this item, in which it will be held for you for 30 minutes to complete your order.
Step 2: When you are done shopping, click on the “Shopping Cart” link at the top of the page. This action will lead you to your shopping cart summary, in which you can either review or amend your order details. You will be able to use the “Remove from Cart” button to remove an item from your shopping bag if you change your mind.
Step 3: If you are happy with your selections, click “ Place Order ” button to complete your order. You can choose to self-pickup at store or deliver by courier service.
Just follow the easy steps on screen and make sure you have enter the correct payment and address details – transaction complete!
All you have to do now is sit back and wait for your parcel to arrive.

Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or changed (this includes changing the color of an item, removing an item, changing the delivery address or any payment methods) but don’t worry you can return anything you buy easily.

Every MUTEKI Lower Arm is made to order. Hence, we will need 1-2 working days to prepare your Lower Arm. For items which have ready stock, we will ship out in 24 hours.
For peak season (e.g. Chinese New Year, Hari Raya Aidilfitri, December Month) expected there will be some delay for customers to receive the product. It will take around 2-3 working days to ship out the product from our production.
Local delivery usually will take 1-3 working days. For East Malaysia/countries outside Malaysia, it will take around 7-14 working days.
Any additional taxes, fees, tariffs, import fees, and surcharges levied by destination countries are the responsibility of the customer.
Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.
It might be a good idea to contact your local customs office to ascertain if any additional charges will be applied to your order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.
All items are quality controlled and checked for any faults before they are dispatched to customers. Should you receive an item that is not in perfect condition, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org immediately. Please note we will inspect all returns for faults. If an item is found not to be faulty, delivery cost will not be refunded. Please include as many details as possible about the order and the problem with the goods and we will get an alternative sorted out for you.

MUTEKI is confident to provide our customer with the best quality product. We promise our customers a 6 Months Warranty for Muteki Lower Arm. For the warranty, we cover manufacturing defects that are bushings, ball joint. The warranty for lower arm does not cover damages due to abuse, wear and tear, and misuse. Please register in our system once you receive the goods and proof of car mileage that marks the commencement of your warranty.
For product other than Lower Arm, the warranty is 3 months and if there is product defect, customer can get a new replacement item within the period. Not applied to product abuse and misuse.
For MUTEKI Lower Arm, go to www.muteki.com.my/warranty / , fill up the warranty form and click "Submit" button. Your 6 Months Warranty is activated. Kindly register the warranty within 7 days after the date of purchase (DOP), warranty will be void if registration is not completed.
Items should be returned within 7 days of receiving your product. Please note that Returns outside these time frames may be accepted at our discretion.
