Return Policy

Dear Customer,

We will only accept returns due to manufacturing defects or errors in filling an order

To make a return, you must notify us via e-mail or phone call within 5 Days of receipt of the product. You will receive instructions from Muteki Malaysia.

All returns must be received back within 7 days of purchase date.

• There are quality problems after opening the Muteki product’s box due to manufacturing defect or damaged due to shipping.
• Products are different than on the order cart .
• Products cannot be used due to design problems.

Returned Purchases are invalid under the followings conditions :

• Products can still functioning well even though there was some damage during transportation or obvious design flaws on the products.
• NO Claim is made up to 7 Days after the customer has received the products.

Note:

• Returned Products should be undamaged and in their original packaging.
• Original receipt must be presented.
• Customer may exchange your items at Muteki Physical Store or Outlet in Malaysia.
• Warranty is only applicable on purchase of pair.
• Single side purchase isn’t applicable for warranty.
• Please buy pair.

• Your Receipt Number or Codes ,
• The Problems encountered.
• Goods return transportation fee will be borne by buyer.
• Please make sure to properly insure your return in case the product is damaged in delivery.
